Day 11
8.30 am My voice is most definitely deeper — if only just a bit. If anything, at the least it is more resonant and gravelly.
I seem to be developing a small, yet comparably noticeable, laryngeal prominence. (The term “Adam’s Apple” annoys me.) Sadly no pictures exist of my throat pre-T; for some reason I hadn’t thought to take any. But having forlornly run my fingers over the non-existent cartilage protrusion many a time prior, as well as a comparison between my mother’s and mine this morning, there can be no doubt to me that it does, indeed, feel different.
Excitement!
